The Young Forum
The Young Forum is the committee for assistant doctors in the DGG. Among other things, its members plan sessions specifically for colleagues in further training and students participating in the MaGiC campaign for each annual conference. As representatives of the young members, they work together with the board and commissions on the DGG's strategy and the further development of the field. Anyone who would like to join is very welcome.
Objectives of the Young Forum

| - | Developing training models and career concepts for assistant doctors, specialists and young senior physicians |
| - | To provide targeted support for scientific engagement in research and teaching |
| - | To improve the predictability of everyday surgical work and achieve a better work-life balance |
| - | Supporting young colleagues in networking with each other and in realising their own ideas within their further training |
